KAESBAUER, William
KAESBAUER, William. (Dubuque, IA-- ). In 2013 a co-owner of Creative Touch Gallery and Frame in Dubuque, Kaesbauer held a unique distinction. He was then one of only five certified picture framers in Iowa.
He studied art education at the Art Institute of Chicago and studied all aspects of framing including object framing, conservation framing and pH levels. He earned his CPF certificate from the Professional Picture Framers Association.
