JACOB ALTHAUSER. The 1868-69 Dubuque City Directory listed the east side of Couler Avenue between Sanford and Eagle Point near 20th.
The 1870-1871 Dubuque City Directory gave the address of this business as the east side of Couler Avenue north of Eagle Point Avenue.
The 1874-1875 through 1886-1887 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located at 2316 Couler Avenue.
