HOLL DESIGNING COMPANY. The 1948 Dubuque Classified Business Directory listed 601 American Trust Building. Paul A. ROSSITER who went on to make many contributions in Dubuque joined the company in 1947 and was approved as a registered architect in 1947. (1) In 1949 the company was awarded the architectural design for the new gymnasium-auditorium in Ossian, Iowa. (2)
