FOX, Robert C. (Junction City, KS, Sept. 17,1918--Blaine, MN, Nov. 20, 1990). Retired claims representative, Social Security Administration. Fox, instrumental in founding the Tri-State German Club, served as the organization's first president and a member of its board. He was also a charter member of the Dubuque Evening Lion's Club and a board member of St. Mary's Credit Union.
