It was sold in 1925 to Joseph Diener. After remodeling it had a seating capacity of three hundred. The 1916-1917 White's Dubuque County Directory listed 2181 Couler as the address. The 1918 Dubuque City Directory gave the address as 2205 Couler. The 1923 Dubuque City Directory listed 2201 Central.
