DUBUQUE LABOR HALL OF FAME. Established in February 2004 by the United Labor Participation Committee, the Hall of Fame was dedicated to "people who dedicaed their lives to improving the quality of life for working families." Charter members included Hugh D. CLARK, John GROGAN, William Miller, Owen RILEY, John Sherman, and Elmer VORWALD.
