DUBUQUE COOPERATIVE DAIRY MARKETING ASSOCIATION. The 1934 through 1959 Dubuque City Directory listed 1020 Central for this wholesaler. On October 1, 1962 the Association and the Buckhorn Cooperative Creamery of Maquoketa, Iowa merged with the MISSISSIPPI VALLEY MILK PRODUCERS ASSOCIATION. (1)
