DRISCOLL, Justin A. (Bernard, IA-Bismarck, ND, Nov. 19, 1984). President, LORAS COLLEGE. Driscoll served as the Archdiocese's superintendent of schools from 1953 until becoming president of Loras in 1967. Among the important achievements of his term at Loras were the reconstruction of the Loras Board of Regents and the re-accreditation of Loras by the North Central Association. Listed in Who's Who in America, Driscoll became the fifth bishop of Fargo, North Dakota, in 1970.
