DEMOCRATIC TELEGRAPH. Newspaper. The Democratic Telegraph,a Whig publication, was established in 1848 by Orlando MCCRANEY. It was published from September 21, 1848 to October 1, 1850 when it was absorbed by the DUBUQUE TRIBUNE.
