DEIKE, Donald. (Waterloo, IA--Dubuque, IA, Jan. 4, 1970). A graduate of the University of Iowa, Deike was the owner-operator of Creative Business Interiors in Dubuque. Active in Republican politics, he unsuccessfully campaigned for a seat on the Dubuque County Board of Supervisors in 1968.

Within the community, Deike was a former president of the Dubuque Kiwanis Club. He also served the organization as a district governor. He was active in the Junior Chamber of Commerce, an adviser to Junior Achievement, and a past commander of Disabled American Veterans.
