DEICH, Don. (Dubuque, IA--Dubuque, IA, May 13, 1993). Deich, a member of the Dubuque City Council, presided as chairperson of Dubuque Citizens Advisory Commission, chairperson of the Codes and Ordinance Committee of the Advisory Commission, and president of the North Dubuque Improvement Association. He served on the ad hoc committee on environmental review of the Community Development Board and was a member of the FIVE FLAGS CIVIC CENTER Task Force. Deich also served as Outdoor Camping Chairman of the Northeast Iowa Boy Scouts of America Council. (1)

In June 1992 Deich resigned from membership in the Dubuque Metropolitan Area Solid Waste Agency Board and the board of Operation: New View due to health reasons and personal time constraints. (2)
