CONNOLLY, Joseph. (Table Mound Township, Mar. 12, 1876--Dubuque, IA, July 24, 1912). Connolly was elected to the Dubuque County Board of Supervisors in 1910, but served only eighteen months from January 1, 1911 until his death.
