COLLIER, Robert Hutcheson II. (Dubuque, IA--Dubuque, IA, May 30, 1966). Retired vice-president of CARADCO. Beginning as a buyer of hardwood, Collier was named assistant treasurer (1927), director (1932) and served as treasurer of the company from 1945 to 1947 when he was named vice-president. Collier served on the board of directors of LINWOOD CEMETERY and was a member of the Dubuque Cultural Commission.
