CHARLES REYNOLDS HOME. Located at 1035 West Third, this 1903 Victorian home is QUEEN ANNE ARCHITECTURE with fish scale shingles in the peak. In 1892 John McCoy and his wife filed the deed for the property. The house is believed to have been built by Charles Reynolds, who was later secretary of DUBUQUE BANK AND TRUST COMPANY.
