CHARLES MEYER. The 1890-91 Dubuque City Directory listed a bar at 305 Main.
The 1909 Dubuque City Directory through the 1915 Dubuque City Directory listed the bar at 303 Main. The 1916-1917 White's Dubuque County Directory stated that the soft drink business was located at the same address.
