CHAPMAN, Cecil Bayless. (Dubuque, IA, 1876-- ) Chapman was made a member of the Minnesota Chapter, American Institute of Architects in 1912 and became its secretary-treasurer in 1916, continuing in that office until his death. He was made a member of the American Institute of Architects in 1915.
