BUEHLER BROTHERS. The 1911-12 Dubuque City Directory through 1948 Dubuque Classified Business Directory stated that this business was located at 920 Main.

In 1913 the company advertised itself as the largest retailer of meats in the United States. The firm had thirty-two retail markets across the United States and its own packing plant at Peoria, Illinois.
