BREITBACH, Cletus W. (Dubuque, IA, July 30, 1888--Dubuque, IA, Nov. 30, 1966). A veteran of WORLD WAR I, Breitbach served as county auditor from January 1, 1921, until his resignation on January 2, 1923, which became effective on February 1 of that year. He was a member of many Catholic fraternal and charitable organizations as well as the Democratic Party.
