BILLY BOUNCER'S CIRCUS. According to the "Circus History Message Board", Billy Bouncer was actually a man named Frank Cunliffe who traveled with the "Flying Fishers" and Ringling Brothers. No dates were given. This circus appeared in Dubuque in March, earlier than most circuses booked in the city, 1915. The program was staged at the

MAJESTIC THEATRE.
